What is a QR menu system?
A QR menu system lets customers access a digital menu and place orders by scanning a QR code at their table. OrderAI adds an AI layer so the system can converse with customers, make recommendations and send orders directly to the kitchen.
How does the AI-powered ordering work?
Customers scan the QR code at their table and chat with the AI waiter. The AI knows your menu, stock levels, daily specials and campaigns. It takes orders, upsells, answers questions in multiple languages and sends confirmed tickets straight to the kitchen screen.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup or onboarding fee. You only pay per order received each month. The 14-day free trial is completely free — no credit card required.
How is the monthly fee calculated?
Your monthly charge is based on the actual number of orders received that month, not on a fixed subscription. The pricing page shows an estimate — your real bill is calculated from real usage. A minimum platform fee of ₺990/month applies regardless of order volume.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants go live within 10–15 minutes. Upload your menu, configure your tables, print QR codes and you're ready. Our team is available online to assist you.
Which languages does the AI support?
OrderAI supports Turkish, English, Arabic, German, French, Russian and more. The AI automatically detects the customer's language and responds accordingly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. There are no lock-in contracts. If you decide to stop, simply cancel from the dashboard and you won't be charged from the next billing cycle.
Does it work on any device?
Yes. The QR menu works on any smartphone or tablet with a camera — no app download required. The management dashboard is accessible from web browsers and the OrderAI mobile app.
